Welcome to HOPE Haven Outreach

This ministry was created after seeing how siloed many organizations that help the homeless are and how this contributes to so many people falling through the cracks. Our mission is to not only help the homeless find a path off the streets but also to offer continued support and mentor them throughout their life journey as they become contributing members of our community. We build relationships with individuals on the streets as a means to inspire a sense of purpose that empowers them to achieve stability and change their lives.

HOPE Haven Outreach Mission is to help be a light in the darkness to the people who are in crisis, and to meet their spiritual needs along with their physical needs while showing them the Love of God. Our mission is to provide assistance to those that are less fortunate and in need. Those who are forgotten: the abandoned veterans, battered women, the rejected, living under bridges, in parks, in alleys. We have a passion to help supply their physical and spiritual nutrition. Our objective is to give them the basic necessities of life to lift them up and encourage them.

Our mission is to help the homeless find a path off the streets and to mentor them throughout their life journey to succeed and thrive as contributing members of our community. We build relationships with individuals on the streets as a means to inspire a sense of purpose that empowers them to achieve stability and change their lives. We work with each individual to create a personalized plan to get off the streets and overcome recurring issues that drive them to homelessness. We help partner agencies with people who seek to thrive in a society and are in need of housing or a stronger support network.

CRISIS SERVICES THAT LEAD TO TRUE CHANGE

Our mission is to move people from crisis to lifelong self-sufficiency by helping the homeless and marginalized people within our community navigate the often siloed and hard to navigate services that are available. We view each person holistically and help them build an action plan to work towards spiritual, mental, physical and emotional stability. We help them overcome any obstacles or addictions they have hindering their success and then find appropriate and safe housing. Once stable, we continue to coach and mentor each person as they navigate life and become thriving members of the community. While many organizations focus on one or two specific needs, HOPE Haven staff work to ensure each person we meet is fully supported through every step of their journey.

Our outreach teams go out into the community every single week to meet those on the streets where they are. The goal is to connect and build relationships with those living in a place not meant for human habitation so that when they are ready, we are their trusted go-to in order to start improving their lives.

Our goal is to make a difference in our community by offering those homeless and on the verge of becoming homeless some life skills and training so they can stay housed and never end up homeless again. Our compassionate, dignity-centered approach offers essential resources and an opportunity for participants to engage through meaningful contributions, like preparing meals, organizing clothing, and serving neighbors in many different ways that impact the community and help them to grow in their lives to become independent citizens in the communities. 

It is time that we don’t just give change, but we need to be the change. The call is for us to do that in our communities. We can change the face of our communities one person at a time if we just make a difference in the world where we live.

Unlike other programs, we view individuals holistically, addressing mental, spiritual, and physical health needs.

We provide life skills training and help connect with job readiness and job training programs.

Each person is surrounded by a mentorship team dedicated to their lifelong success.

Crisis Response: A Lifeline in Times of Need

We believe no one should face a crisis alone. Through our comprehensive Crisis Response approach, we provide immediate support, compassionate care, and essential resources to those in need. Whether it is an individual facing homelessness, a displacement crisis due to domestic violence, or an entire community impacted by disaster, our team is ready to respond with God’s love and practical assistance. Whether you are experiencing homelessness, seeking help for an urgent need, or need community resources for an elder, child, or veteran, our dedicated team is here for you.

Making a Difference Together Through Hope and Transformation
HOPE Haven has a vision to EMPOWER the hurting and implement upcoming programs/provide services that will impact youth/ individuals/families, the elderly, unemployed, retired, laid off, and the homeless and their community. The outreach program vision is that we will one day expand services to not only provide food, and above mentioned resources, but access to medical care, clothing and other domestic needs, training/enrichment programs (parental/job/academic, esteem/character building), recreational, and activities and programs that will promote community attachment and improvement.
